This inspirational egg decorating idea comes from Edna Mays Isaac. Do you tat? Crochet? No? Very often you can find tatting or other lace work at yard sales or flea markets for next to nothing - or you can purchase new lace at the fabric store. Or maybe you have some edging saved that was just to pretty to throw away with the rest of the pillowcase ..... Simply glue the lace on a natural or dyed egg to add texture, depth and interest.
