The Pain of Shingles Eased by Emu Oil

The first sign of shingles is usually an itching, tingling burning or painful feeling.  This is followed by fluid-filled blisters appearing in the affected area.  The blisters usually take from 2 to 4 weeks to crust over and begin to heal.  In almost every case, there is some level of pain that can last for the duration of the outbreak or for years afterwards.

Anyone who has had chickenpox is at risk for shingles; this includes around 90% of the US population.  As you age, your risk for shingles increases.  The most common complication of shingles is long term pain.  The risk for developing this complication also increases with age.  The photos below are of the arms of a 50+ lady who speeded the healing process of her shingles through the use of emu oil.

After application of AEA Certified Fully Refined Emu OIl from Purple Emu, 1 day later and the blisters area drying already.  Click on the picture to the right to see a larger, more detailed view.

Normally it takes 1 to two weeks before the blisters start to dry.  1 week after the initial outbreak, 90% of the sores are already healed.  The AEA Certified Fully Refined emu oil from Purple Emu is applied daily.

1 month after the initial outbreak you can see only some minor discoloration of the skin where the rash had been
